Residents barges Rhone spent Christmas and New Year's Day Dry ...
It was cold and CNR needed to produce much electricity, then too bad for the river level was at its lowest rib. The barges moored in the most severely silted bent!
Besides the danger they are no longer accepted by their moorings hyper-tense, portside oil tanks were full, so more heating for those that were heated with fuel!
