The label High Environmental Quality (HQE) is "self enacts" no, he deserves!
This is the purpose of the vow I made to the Council of Paris, which tends to return to City Hall one it can not provide support with eyes closed projects improperly claiming a label guaranteeing good practices in environmental protection. The new
Beaugrenelle, since its launch has highlighted the achievement of this HQE. This should be a site virtuous virtuous building, greener than green! Everywhere, it is stated that New Beaugrenelle is the "first HQE center in Europe, and a pioneer in environmental compliance."
The reality unfortunately is far removed from these promises: many nuisances are found on site (dust persistent noise, non-compliance with the obligations concerning waste disposal and transport of materials via barge on the Seine ...) The mine water is discharged into the Seine, without independent oversight, we've had the opportunity to denounce!
Worse, poor design of buildings is already feeling its effects: the block Charles Michels is not adapted to the needs of businesses it hosts. The installation of a giant trash that you support street Engineering Robert Keller as supplies of these shops are poorly designed.
The agency which issued the Certivéa HQE acknowledged that this project was not taken as a pilot operation and that he would ask the developer to cease all communication on the HQE. The City Council
central partner in the project, must necessarily react:
-either by taking measures such as to require investors to comply with environmental commitments.
-or failing that, by withdrawing its support for this project and requiring a reference to the HQE is removed from all communication media.
