Boats housing are being set standards to obtain the "certificate of boat (motorized for those who want to navigate, nonmotorized for those who do not want).
Steps to get this boat license:
- passing a recognized expert who reviewed the boat's equipment
- make the arrangements, modifications required
- send the notice of the expert services of navigation issues Permit
All this sounds simple, say it like this! but alas, also the intricacies of the standards themselves, and the costs, difficulties in adaptation or installation of new equipment, Beside that, one expert to another, there are sometimes different interpretations!
