The Apartment: The residence


4 rooms 62 m² the third floor in the building from the bottom: between classes (boxes) and garden!
Very quiet, no noise!
It comprises plus CAVE and GARAGE in the residence. The
m² are very well used, no corridor useless.

Important: The electricity has been restored to 100% throughout the apartment in November 2006! + Plumbing and hot water production renovated in 2005 (electric water heater in lieu of a gas).

Bathrooms:
Bath, basin + mirror + cabinet, closet, all painted white in late 2006, about 4 square meters, tiled floor.

Cuisine:
